We will gladly accept your insurance plan, with the exception of any co-payments and deductibles to be paid at the time of service. Most all insurance companies pay on a percentage fee schedule. As a courtesy to you, we will estimate the cost of your child's treatment at the first initial visit, if treatment is recommended. At your request, you may ask that we file a pre-determination to your insurance company in order to see exactly what they will pay. This process usually takes between 3 and 4 weeks and is not required nor is it a guarantee of payment. Please bring your most recent Dental Insurance Card to your visit.
