I came as a child starting in 1986 and now bring both of my daughters. The staff is very friendly. They make my children feel at ease and not scared. There is never a long wait and have very thorough checks by dentist. This office is always cheerful, great with what they do and have always taken great care of me and my family. My daughter was scared the first time so they even cleaned her doll’s teeth to show her it didn’t hurt. They really care about their patients.
We have been coming here for over 18 years. This office is very professional and courteous. We love Dr. Connor and all the staff. They work with you financially to make sure your child is taken care of. They keep you informed of what is going on and are very affordable. In our opinion, Dr. Connor and his staff are the best in the state. He has a great reputation and never any problems. Dr. Connor and his staff are great with all children.
I started in 1999 when our severely disabled son, Will, turned one year old. I knew of Dr. Connor through Holy Angels where I started as a volunteer, later a part-time direct-care worker while teaching in CMS, and later as a special education teacher at Holy Angels. I knew they could handle any child with or without special needs. My son had seizures, yet they were comfortable caring for him without me. Three younger siblings followed in 2002 and 2003 and have continued. Dr. Connor even came to Presbyterian Hospital to check on Will shortly before his death in 2005, which meant so much to us. The girls are now in braces with Dr. Case at the office and our son will be, too, one day soon. They are very caring. The children are very comfortable with all the staff and do not mind going to the dentist even as a young child. It has been a positive experience all the way around unlike mine as a child. Dr. Connor has become a friend, as well as the staff, and we all feel comfortable coming here. The continuity of the staff is great, for the same ladies who clean their teeth, also assist Dr. Case so they know which child brushes better, etc. The fees are in line with other dentists but there is more personal care here. I have recommended the practice to friends, especially those with special needs children. It is a safe, secure and loving place that even a filling is “not a big deal”. My younger daughter sleeps through it for she bundles up in a blanket. The answering service is great for emergencies, which you never know when one may happen. It is a child friendly place with toys and a prize is given once the children are finished. They work with a family so siblings can come together which is great for a younger sibling.
